Both! I offer one-off cleans for special occasions or move-ins/outs, as well as regular scheduled cleans (4–8 weeks).

Pricing depends on the service you require and size of the property. I offer free, no-obligation quotes – simply contact me with your details and a rough description of the job. I accept bank transfer, cash, or card payments. 

External cleaning is primarily done using reach-and-wash (pure water) systems. No chemicals are 'usually' required. This ensures streak-free results and is kinder to the environment. 

This is available. Internal cleaning is charged at 1.5 times the cost of the external cleaning cost

Commercial cleans are often external only, but internal options are available on request.

I use soft, pure water systems and specialist brushes to safely remove dirt, bird droppings, and pollen without damaging the panels. Clean panels can improve energy efficiency by up to 30%. For approx pricing, Please see my 'Pricing - Other Services' page 

Yes. I hold full public liability insurance.

I monitor the weather closely. Window cleaning is usually postponed in 'extreme' winds or heavy rain, but light drizzle often doesn’t stop me. I'll always reschedule at no extra cost if the job can’t be completed safely.

Yes. I primarily use pure water systems which require no detergents. If I do need to use any chemicals for your project, I'll let you know first.
